Carrie is a coach and educator who spent more than 20 years in education before going full-time into her current business. Before working with Lance, she knew she had a program that worked and a team that was amazing, but she couldn't get traction. She was doing content creation, email sequences, an offer, challenges, "all the things," and nothing was sticking.
I did the math and in order to really truly have a seven figure business, like I knew we could, I realized it was impossible. I was working so hard and making so little for it.

On pricing: Lance pushed her to raise prices well beyond what she thought her offer could support, and helped her repackage the value already inside it. Her team doubted it would work, "this is never going to work because we have a hard time with women thinking they're worth [that]," but it did.
Results, in her own words: "In the very first month that I worked with Lance, we did more than [our previous best month]. And I more than made back my investment with him... and then the next month, we tripled what we did the month before... it just kept growing."
I'm not scared anymore going month to month that it was a fluke that this wasn't really possible. And I see the formula and I see how it's panning out... every week we are just crushing it more and more.
